Help! My Membership is Still Pending for Not Registering for Background Screening

Thank you for purchasing your U.S. Ski & Snowboard membership for the 2019-20 season.  Your U.S. Ski & Snowboard membership requires background screening through our 3rd-party screening company, NCSI, to activate your membership.  Please register for your background screening on or before you need your membership activated.

Please note you will be required to submit a copy of your valid state/government issued ID (NCSI accepts .jpg, .pdf, .doc, and .png file formats).

 

  • Please allow several weeks for the screening process to be completed. Individual screening times will vary. Foreign screenings may take a month or more.

 

 

  • Foreign members must contact NCSI directly as requirements vary by country.

  • Failure to register within 10 days will result in your membership remaining on pending status until U.S. Ski & Snowboard receives a green light determination on your screening and all other requirements (SafeSport training and/or Coaching Fundamentals) have been fulfilled.

If you have successfully completed background screening through USASA after July 1, 2018 you will not need to complete another screening. Simply notify Member Services and we’ll confirm completion.
