Questions Regarding Gender Transitions

U.S. Ski & Snowboard allows athletes to self select their gender for U.S. Ski & Snowboard sanctioned events. The individual will be able to maintain their original member ID; however, the individual will have to start their points over, they are not transferable.  If the individual wishes to participate in FIS events, they must meet FIS standards which require hormonal evaluation. Please contact our office at 435.647.2666 or via email to membership@ussa.org if you require further assistance.
