Most of our event who are using on online registration system also ask the coaches to register. The organizer can then download a list of those coaches who have said they are attending which includes their certification levels. This helps to ensure coaches are current with their member status and makes things easier for the site. Coaches use the exact same system as the athletes, but instead of a button that says register, it says attend, and the coaches are not charged.
Competition Services is now requesting that coaches register to “attend” events. There is no cost for coaches. However, they will also use the same tool as the athletes; Athlete Even Registration. Please reference the link below with the instructions.
