U.S. Ski & Snowboard has a no-refund policy for memberships and licenses. All payments for memberships and licenses are irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-creditable. Further, memberships may not be transferred from person-to-person or season-to-season.
However, you may upgrade your Short Term membership to a full membership. Short-Term memberships do not include access to U.S. Ski & Snowboard points list. The amount paid for the Short Term will be applied towards the amount of the full membership. Please be aware that division dues may apply.
